The working owners, wife and husband Karen Riley and Craig Silbert, are always available to discuss your needs. Our biscotti are offered directly from our family to yours!
We are registered, inspected and certified by both the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture and the US Food and Drug Administration. Our state-of-the-art equipment is used only to bake your biscotti.
