At Coffee Planet, owner Kim Tribley and her family work hard to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both employees and customers. Their focus on making everyone feel like they are part of the family aligns perfectly with our values at Bucks County Biscotti. Coffee Planet has a rich history that spans over two decades. The coffee shop was first opened in 2001 by Cliff Baum, who later sold it to Kim Tribley in 2018. Over the years, Coffee Planet has become a staple in the heart of Ballston Spa, known for its cozy atmosphere, unique decor, and delicious coffee and food. Under Tribley's leadership, the cafe has continued to thrive and has even expanded its offerings to include specialty cream cheeses and salads made by Tribley's father.

As a part of this partnership, Bucks County Biscotti will be offering our handcrafted biscotti in a variety of flavors at Coffee Planet. Our biscotti are made with high-quality, all natural ingredients and are perfect for pairing with a cup of Coffee Planet's expertly crafted coffee or tea.
