Refund policy

As a handcrafted food product, all sales are final once the packaging has been opened. If your order arrives damaged or there's a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll be happy to make it right.

Alternatively, if you can provide evidence that your uneaten order was donated, we will gladly provide a full refund.

When refunds are granted, you can expect the credit to be processed to your credit card in 1-3 business days.
